ITIL® v2-v3 Foundation Bridge Course
The ITIL V3 Bridging Course is provided to give candidates a fast
track route to an ITIL version 3 Foundation certificate level of
knowledge. This course is only intended for existing holders of ITIL
Foundation Certificates from earlier ITIL versions. The ITIL Foundation
v3 Bridging course highlights the new topics in ITIL version 3 and the
main differences from earlier ITIL versions. Candidates can expect to gain knowledge and understanding in the
following upon successful completion of the components related to this
certification.
Prerequisite: Candidates must hold a previous ITIL Foundations Certificate.
This course is offered during the day and in the evening*. Day sessions
typically run from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM local time; evening sessions are
from 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM local time. Times are subject to change.
