ITIL® v3: Introduction to the Service Life Cycle and Foundations of IT Service Management
The purpose of the 2 ½* day ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management
course is to certify that the candidate has gained knowledge of the ITIL
terminology, structure, and basic concepts and has comprehended the
core principles of ITIL practices for Service Management. The ITIL
Foundation certificate in IT Service Management is not intended to enable the holders of the certificate to apply the ITIL practices for Service Management without further guidance.
This course is offered during the day and in the evening*. Day sessions typically run from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM local time; evening sessions are from 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM local time. Times are subject to change. Please review your course confirmation letter carefully for class meeting times.
