ITSM & ITIL® Executive Awareness Seminar
The Service Management Executive Awareness one-day seminar provides a
general overview of the ITIL Service Management disciplines, benefits
and justification. This course is ideal for management and staff who
might be involved in the periphery of IT Service Management, or those
who are new to the concepts of ITIL (Information Technology
Infrastructure Library) and need a broad, brief introduction.
This course is offered during the day and in the evening*. Day sessions typically run from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM local time; evening sessions are from 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM local time. Times are subject to change. Please review your course confirmation letter carefully for class meeting times.
