XA–Change Manager

The XA-Change Manager (XACM) is for organizations requiring a consistent process and method to manage their life cycle of changes from initial requests through all change phases including implementation. The XACM is an ITIL Framework based solution that meets the ISO 20K Standards for IT related change requests. The XACM is a single tool to facilitate and document changes for hardware, communications equipment, systems software, documentation and any configuration element within an IT Infrastructure.

Successful changes are characterized by predictable results that occur without incident. The XACM was designed by change managers who understand process control methods necessary to reduce risks associated with complex high participant change requests.
