This course immerses learners in the practical aspects of the ITILŪ v3 Service Lifecycle and processes associated with the Release, Control & Validation of services and service delivery. The main focus of this course is on the operational-level process activities and supporting methods and approaches to executing these processes in a practical, hands-on learning environment. Format of the Examination

The exam format is eight (8) complex multiple-choice questions with gradient scoring (5 points for the correct answer, 3 points for the partially correct answer, 1 point for the least correct, and 0 points for the incorrect answer). The examination structure consists of:
