| ITIL v3 Release, Control & Validation (RCV)
This course immerses learners in the practical aspects of the ITILŪ v3 Service Lifecycle and processes associated with the
Release, Control & Validation of services and service delivery. The main focus of this course is on the operational-level process activities and supporting methods and
approaches to executing these processes in a practical, hands-on learning environment. This training is intended to enable the holders of the certificate to apply the practices
in resolution and support of the Service Management Lifecycle.
The emphasis of this course is on the process activities, their measurement, the interrelationships and roles and responsibilities.

The exam format is eight (8)
complex multiple-choice questions with gradient scoring (5 points for the correct answer,
3 points for the partially correct answer, 1 point for the least correct, and 0 points for
the incorrect answer). The examination structure consists of:
